Workpieces which are made in the CAD / CAM methods are, usually in the dimension a little wider than produced by casting bridges. This has the consequence that these bridges very loosely to sit on the working models, without stopping. Further processing is difficult. The bridges may fall down and the veneer can be destroyed.
The solution of the problem.
From the syringe, a small amount GLUFI is removed and placed on the die tops with the instrument. Thereafter, the bridge or veneer is placed.
Advantages of the material:
- Due to its consistency, it is distributed on the inside of the bridge so that no increase (bite elevation) can be carried out of the bridge.
- GLUFi can be used several times, means the bridge can be repeatedly removed and replaced without the adhesive force is deteriorated.
- GLUFi has a low melting point / flash point, so that residues can be sintered together with the bridge or veneer and thereby combust completely. (Caution: firing temperature at least 720 ° C)
- The use of GLUFi facilitates the dental technician to further processing of the CAD / CAM method dentures manufactured.
