The wax for the al dente CAD/CAM Wax Disc is especially adjusted to the dental CAD/CAM technique.
Thereby crowns and bridges can be virtually formed, milled and finally casted or pressed the conventional way. The wax is excellently machinable and is completely ash-free. This results in smooth casted superficies. These optimized features of the wax give way to even very delicate forms excluding shrinkage or distortion of the milled object. The wax- stable in volume - permits absolutely exact margin finishings and fits. Up to 70 units can be milled out of one disc.
The discs are available both cylindrically shaped and with a circular rim in thicknesses from 12 to 25 mm.
